Complimentary continental buffet, Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00am - 10:00am.

Pet policy

• Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed with prior registration and approval from the office.
• A maximum of two dogs per unit are allowed at any one time.
• Maximum weight is 25 pounds per pet.
• Charge is $25.00 per pet per day of stay.
• All pets must be placed in a kennel in the absence of owners. Loaner kennels are available in the office on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A deposit of $100.00 per pet will be taken and released at the completion of the stay after the unit is inspected for any pet damage or excessive pet smell. In the event of damage, the cost to repair will be paid by the renter and withheld from the deposit. In the case of smell, a cleaning fee will be determined and withheld from the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient, the renter will be responsible for any additional amount.
• All pets must be on a leash when out on the property at all times, and the pet owner is responsible for waste removal. Disposal canisters and bags are provided for guest convenience in two locations: one by the upper area of the resort and one by the lower circle area of the resort.
• No pets are allowed in the swimming pool fenced area at any time per Health Department regulations.

Cancellations are required to be made 90 DAYS prior to the check-in date or the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card if we cannot re-rent the home
